Beginbud collects nothing. There are no accounts, no analytics, no trackers, no advertising, and no servers. Everything you type or earn stays on your iPhone. We could not identify you if we wanted to.
Nothing. Beginbud has no backend, and the app makes no network requests. There is no mechanism in the app by which your information could reach us.
Beginbud saves the following locally, in the app's private storage on your iPhone:
This data never leaves the device. It is not backed up to any server of ours, because there is no server of ours. If your iPhone is set to back up to iCloud, the app's data may be included in that backup — that backup is between you and Apple, and is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
On supported iPhones, Beginbud uses Apple's on-device foundation model to turn what you're avoiding into a single small first step. This runs entirely on your iPhone's own hardware. The task you type is not sent to us, to Apple's servers, or to any third-party AI service.
On iPhones without Apple Intelligence, Beginbud uses a library of first steps written into the app. Either way, nothing is transmitted.
There are none. Beginbud contains no analytics SDK, no crash reporting service, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party trackers of any kind. We do not know how many times you have opened the app, and we have no way to find out.
Beginbud asks for no permissions in order to work. It does not request access to your location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, calendar, or health data.
If a future version offers optional reminder notifications, that permission will be asked for only when you choose to turn them on, and declining will never limit the app.
If you subscribe to Beginbud Pro, the purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, card number, or billing address. Apple provides us only with anonymous, aggregated sales reports.
Beginbud is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to produce or erase.
You are always in full control of what's on your device: deleting the app deletes everything Beginbud has stored, permanently and immediately.
If a future version of Beginbud ever collects anything, this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be described plainly here rather than buried. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
